Submitting a Paper

Our conference registration module is now open and all participants are invited to register on our conference management website. The system will guide you through the participant registration process and you will immediately receive payment details on your e-mail address.

Please submit your full paper until April 30th 2009. Full papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The full paper must not exceed 10 pages including all the appendices. Upon final paper acceptance, the authors have to send a summary covering at the most two pages along with the final accepted paper (containing also the requested corrections according to the reviewers’ suggestions). All contributions must be submitted through the conference management system.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings in an electronic format, and all the abstracts will be printed in the book of abstracts.

Papers will be only accepted on the basis that at least one author of the paper will be registered as a participant.
